JOB SCOPE:

Responsible for on-boarding, managing, and growing advertiser relationships for ITMedia. Account Managers are given a book of business and are responsible for maximizing the potential of every account. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for fully leading introductory / pitch phone calls with current partners and new business opportunities.

  • Monitor performance of accounts and of the system overall
  • Work closely with accounts to ensure their needs are met and requests are handled quickly
  • Suggest campaign ideas that will assist clients and ITMedia meet target goals
  • Troubleshoot performance issues
  • Facilitate regular check-in meetings with clients to build the relationship and ensure growth
  • Makes strategic decisions and recommendations on behalf of their clients to grow the account
  • Prospect new advertisers to onboard onto our platform
  • Lead introductory / pitch call with prospects and current clients 
  • Work with developers to improve system functionality
  • Attend conferences and trade shows to represent ITMedia

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in business development and account management
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to assess, analyze, and report on data
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in financial services preferred
  • Experience in lead generation and online marketing preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
