JOB SCOPE:

XYZ is looking for an energetic, highly motivated professional to serve as a Customer Service and Sales Specialist. The selected candidate will play a key role in accomplishing both long and short-term goals to support the continued growth of the company.

Customer Service & Sales

  • Respond to and resolve all support tickets, e-mail inquiries, and calls that come from customers. Includes technical, account, abuse, unsuspend, and billing issues.
  • Outreach to current customers for renewals and upsell new products
  • Research and cold calling to introduce premium products and domains
     

Anti-Abuse & CyberSecurity

  • Training provided
  • Monitor our brands using our proprietary abuse mitigation tools for violations of our Anti-Abuse policies
  • Handle abuse reported on any platform (social media, email ticket other)
  • Assist with other incidental activities related to abuse mitigation and the improvement of our systems

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Associate Degree, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at once
  • Creative, positive, and high-energy individual with an ability to execute
  • A sense of urgency, persistence, creative and a take-charge positive attitude
  • Able to thrive in a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the ability to find creative ways to get things done
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management and external partners
  • Highly responsible and self-motivated, with extraordinary attention to detail
