Description

XYZ is looking for an energetic, highly motivated professional to serve as Marketing Manager to be a key contributor in implementing and executing marketing strategies.  The selected candidate will play a key role in accomplishing both long and short-term goals to support the continued growth of the company.

  • Define, develop and execute long-term goals and marketing strategies by brand to drive the business
  • Contribute to the development of brand strategy and positioning in digital and social platforms
  • Collaborative with Business Development on the execution and evaluation of seasonal marketing plans and initiatives
  • Create and manage brand calendars and deadlines, ensuring all assets are delivered on time
  • Assist with development of launch and sell through collateral for consumer and retailers
  • Develop strategic partnerships activities and implement the execution framework on opportunities
  • Assist with tracking program expenses against ROI
  • Responsible for Public Relations

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at once
  • Creative, positive, and high-energy individual with an ability to execute
  • Sense of urgency, persistence, creative and a take-charge positive attitude
  • Able to thrive in a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the ability to find creative ways to get things done
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management and external partners
  • Highly responsible and self-motivated, with extraordinary attention to detail
